Why cannot I access the Mesquite 5th ward directory

Is your Membership Record Number connected to your Church Account?

Are you signing/signed in?

Are you going to https://directory.churchofjesuschrist.org/ ?

Is your membership record in that ward or in a ward or branch in that stake?

Or, are you needing cross-unit leader access?

If your difficulty accessing the directory web app is due to cookies and/or browser cache corruption, clearing your browser cache and deleting relevant cookies might help.
