Can’t sign in to Living App
I am unable to sign into the app, with the error shown in th picture attached. Anybody else have issue with this? I can’t sign into mine or my wife’s account. Using the app on an IPhone. Any help would be appreciated!

In your screenshot, it looks like your internet has low signal. I wonder if that has to do with the issue (maybe it's taking too long and timing out)? Have you tried on Wi-Fi or somewhere with a stronger internet connection?

I’ve been having the same problem, even connected to strong wifi… exact same message pops up, every time, and I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app, although I wonder if maybe there’s an update that I either haven’t gotten, or if it got an update that created the issue in the first place?

Are either of you using any punctuation in the password? It might not be encoding it properly, causing a password failure.
Just for kicks, try entering a bad password - see if the error message changes.

When I try to sign into the app, I get an error message. I am using the same sign. In information as my church account. I have made sure I have a strong internet connection.

I don't know why my record would be between wards. I have never changed wards. A strong internet connection makes no difference. I have no symbols in my password
