Blocking access??
Is it possible to block a specific member from accessing member information in Tools? We have a situation where a member with mental health issues is using Tools to find numbers for women in the stake and sending them inappropriate photos and we need to safeguard everyone as soon as possible.

Your best option is to contact the global service department.

Nothing within direct control of the ward or stake. But contact support. They have the appropriate buttons to deal with this.
But since there may be a time lag before Tools is forced to sync again, depending on how inappropriate the photos are, it would be wise to get law enforcement involved.

Thanks! How do I contact the support line?
Those who are receiving the photos are being advised to contact the police, we're just trying to get things locked down before it becomes an even bigger problem.

The bishop should call the Global Services Department.
