Hi,
I have attempted to login to my donation account on the church website to generate my 2021 tax statement. I'm only seeing the options for the years 2020 or less. 2021 is not available to generate. I have cleared out my cache to see if it was a computer issue. Is the tax documents delayed? If not, can this be fixed?

It doesn't become available until near the end of January.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
