Your lookup has returned multiple members. Select the individual below to move him or her or members of his or her household into the ward.
The name given to me is not one of the names to select. I will have to get the membership number of the person. I have never seen this before.

Getting the membership number is a great idea under this circumstance. Perhaps the member's name is spelled differently than it should be or the birth date is wrong on the membership or that data was scrambled when given to you.
