Hey! I'm a newly called Executive Secretary.
I'm actually the 2nd exec secretary.
I'm tasked with scheduling meetings for the counselors.
- Setting up temple recommend interviews for members and youth
I USED to have access to the report titled, "Temple Recommend Status," but I don't any longer. It just stopped and it's been three weeks now. I can see the report under the Reports tab. I can click it. When I do though, the report header comes up and nothing is listed.
Has my account status changed? Do only clerks and bishopric have access to this report and the system finally figured it out? OR has the system gone on the fritz and just decides to now let me see it?
On an aside,
When I click on Help --> Contact Us, a new tab in my browser pops up and I can see it attempting to log into a different system. Then in the top left it says, 'Log out successful.' And that's it.
I'm on a Mac with the lates OS using the latest version of Safari.
I've also tried Chrome and had the same issues.
Can't access a report I used to have access to.

What is the calling that has been recorded or currently displayed for you? The calling of 2nd executive secretary would be a custom calling and would be granted no permissions. The standard calling of Ward Assistant Executive Secretary would be granted permissions that grant access to the Temple Recommend Status report.andychatham wrote: Sat Feb 12, 2022 1:22 pm Hey! Check what calling you have. Not likely. The bishopric and ward clerks with membership access rights as well as the ward executive secretary and ward assistant executive secretary have access. There are two possible reasons for the lack of access. I have already mentioned the first above. The second possible reason is a build up of site cookies that will cause access difficulties. Try accessing LCR using the your browser incognito mode. Or try another browser. If either work then it is a cookie issue.
