No password reset email: Account delete/reset?

My daughter has an lds.org account under her email address but she doesn't know the password. We tried a password reset but she never got the email (checked spam folder, etc). She is not a member, but I am. We can't make a new account because it says she already has an account. I tried to "Contact Customer Support" but when I clicked Submit it just spun the progress bar for fifteen minutes without actually sending anything.

If someone could email me to take care of this it would be great! She wants to register for FSY this year. My email address is qirien@gmail.com. Thank you!

I'm not sure if it will work in your situation, but it's worth a try.

Yeah, that won't work because she doesn't have a membership record number.

Just a wild guess: you might ask your ward clerk for the phone number to the Global Service Desk. They will need to speak with your daughter to verify she is the owner of the account.
