Incorrect viewing of ordination
I have a member who when he looks on his own page through the ward directory it incorrectly says he was ordained as a bishop several years ago. When I look up his name from my profile (as a ward clerk) that ordination is not present. How can I correct this?

I'd work with him to make sure the MRN on the account he is using matches the MRN you have for him.
If that doesn't solve it, if he's using Member Tools he should submit feedback though the app.
