Can not access "Scriptures" or "Gospel Library" in my church account?

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. This forum is a space to discuss all things related to Church Accounts (registration, account recovery, user experience, vulnerabilities, etc.).

Can not access "Scriptures" or "Gospel Library" in my church account?

When I login and try to use gospel library or go to the scriptures my computer immediately jumps to a blank screen with just the church heading. If I don't log in everything works fine or if I use my wife's account on the same computer. I have tried restarting the computer and using other computers and get the same result. Do you have any idea what's going on or how to correct my issue? I would like to access the scriptures from my account. When I use Tools in the mobile app everything works fine. Thanks for your help. The best suggestion would be to clear your cache and cookies and try again. Church cookies are one of the bigger causes of these types of problems.
