First Name

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. First Name

The information shows my first Name as William Ardell, I would like to change it to Bill, is that possible?

Your membership record has a first name field and a preferred name field. I recommend you speak to your clerk or clerk-membership and ask them to update your preferred name field. It probably shows the same as your legal first name, but doesn't have to.
