I have a new calling in my ward nursery. However, my Bishop asked me to please login and take a training online called Protecting Children & Youth Training. However, when I follow his instructions and login to my account then choose My Calling where he said it is supposed to be, all I see is a message that reads
"Recommended Content
We’re are still working on getting content for this calling. Check back again for new recommended content. If you are looking for additional resources try the General Handbook."
My Bishop, and ward clerk have both looked at things on their end and at this point their only advice is to contact someone at church support.
Hoping someone here could direct me to the right place to do that, since the contact support option I can get to through my account takes me to a page to recover my account. Well the account isn't lost or locked or anything I can sign in no problems, just no training is available.

As expected "My Calling" will show different things to different callings.
As for the training, I'd try this link.

Your ward clerk should be able to give you a phone number for the Global Services Department.peggiemaricakelley wrote: Wed Mar 23, 2022 6:58 pm My Bishop, and ward clerk have both looked at things on their end and at this point their only advice is to contact someone at church support.
