I have a ward executive secretary who has suddenly lost access to LCR. He said he was on the phone with church tech support and was ultimately told that the stake clerk (Me) needed to grant him access to LCR.
By the time I was home from Saturday activities, I called support and they were closed for the weekend. I am going to call on Monday, but I really don't know what it was the support agent was talking about. This clerk has been using LCR for 2 years and suddenly lost access, so I assume that this is something that can only be handled at church HQ. Am I wrong in this assumption? Is there somewhere I need to go to check LCR access for a specific user?
The only thing I thought of was to remove this brother from his call and re-assigned him as the ward exec secretary, but that change also probably won't take effect until Monday.
Thanks for any suggestions.

Re: LCR Access
Various church websites are having all sorts of issues at the moment. This has been happening for a few days now. I saw a notice in the Missionary application portal briefly stating that they were hoping to have the issues sorted by General Conference!!!
I would surmise that this is the problem that the ward executive secretary has run into.
There are other posts in the forum recounting all sorts of access issues.

Re: LCR Access
Ultimately, you cannot "grant access." The only thing you can do is make sure the member is in the correct standard position. And as Biggles just mentioned, this weekend the issue probably has nothing at all to do with that.

Re: LCR Access
I have found that there's been many times when user access is suddenly lost/broken/incomplete/spotty, and the account itself is just fine -- the issue is a temporary glitch on the Church side of things, that sorts itself out (eventually). Although frustrating when work needs to be done, often the best course is to wait a couple days and retry, or have another member try and access their account and see if it's also not working for them.

Re: LCR Access
I just got a call from my stake patriarch wondering why he couldn't upload his blessings. I told him about some of the disruptions in LCR, finance, and other church systems and told him I would ask if anyone in the forum had an update. Any news?

Does not appear that everything has been fixed yet. Just noticed some EFT reimbursements still show "pending execution" for example.Mikerowaved wrote: ↑Mon Mar 28, 2022 4:18 pm I just got a call from my stake patriarch wondering why he couldn't upload his blessings. Re: LCR Access
I'm not currently able to submit any new patriarchal blessing recommends or view/edit/submit missionary applications. Majorly slowing down progress on some of these YSA's. At least the finance system seems to be fixed now. We weren't able to submit tithing on Sunday. The support link is also down and logs you off any time you try to enter the support site. I'm really hoping this gets fixed soon so that we can get back to work!
