How can I recover my account when i have my MRN but can't receive the code

I am a Branch Clerk and a few members have been referred to me while reseting their church accounts and i have looked a couple times to try and find where there is a page that I can use to help them recover account information but have been unsuccessful in finding anything that would allow me to assist these members in resetting their accounts or updating in the email or phone number associated with their church accounts. Can some one point me in the right direction so that I can help these members out.

A good start is to read the first post in this forum in the Announcements section titled PLEASE READ FIRST: Answers to Most Church Account Problems. You can also search the topics listed in this forum for titles that match the issues presented to you.

As a branch clerk, you may be able to update the member's phone number or email address on their membership record, which can then allow them to recover their account. Alternatively, you can provide the member the phone number of the Global Services Department, who can help them reset their account.
