Missing AP ordination
In late 2020, we had a family that the mother was a member, inactive for a long time, return to church. She had 4 YM that were AP age. The oldest was baptized and ordained to a priest, but it was never recorded. He then baptized his younger brothers 6-7 weeks later. I wasn’t a clerk at the time, and we don’t have the exact dates of the ordination. My question is, if he must be re-ordained, does that nullify the baptisms he preformed? The handbooks seems to say if there are not 2 witnesses to the ordination including the date, then it must be re-done. The handbook also says if an ordinance was performed by someone without authority, it must be redone as well. Does that mean we’ll have to re-baptize and ordain all the YM in that family?

This is a user-to-user discussion forum. Other than citations from the handbook, any answers you might receive here are not authoritative. IIUC, the authoritative answers will come from bishop and/or stake president.

Re: Missing AP ordination
Section 38.2.6 spells it out. I'll note that it appears that only the year needs to be known, not the full date. (38.2.6.1)
If you know the month, so much the better as it would clear up any issues with the subsequent baptisms.
