Account recovery doesn't work

Account recovery doesn't work
A brother in my ward can't login and Account Recovery doesn't work. We input his MRN and the phone number associated with recovery is one he doesn't have access to any more. His email/phone number in Member Tools is correct. He's trying requesting help online and it goes to a black hole with no response. Ward clerk can't solve it. Why is this so difficult to speak with a human? There really should be a help desk to call into to resolve basic issues like this.

If the ward clerk is not able to solve the problem, he should give you the phone number to speak with someone at the Global Service Center, who will also be a human.fmladineo wrote: Sun Jul 03, 2022 1:00 pm Ward clerk can't solve it. Yes, I'm not sure why my ward clerk didn't just give me the number (he says he just emails normally). It took less than 5 mins to resolve that way.
