Can't Submit Reimbursement Online
I'm the Primary President. For years I've submitted my receipts for reimbursement online. It is no longer allowing me to do so. Get a message saying my calling doesn't have access. My local clerk checked and everything still looks good and says I'm still the Primary President. How can I get it working again?

Suggest you clear your cache and cookies, perhaps even reboot your computer, and try again. If that doesn't do the trick, ask your local clerk to seek help from the stake clerk. Beyond that, your local clerk can give you the phone number of the Church's Global Service Department. They can solve many mysteries, but should only be used after local resources are exhausted.

Do you have a second calling? That might impact your "access denied" experience when trying to submit expenses. Or maybe not, as was discussed in this thread:
