My husband can't get access to his membership church page. He accidentally selected Bio marker for his two-step verification. Since he doesn't have one, he can go nowhere. It won't even return to allow him a choice of two-step verification so he can choose another.
He's written several previous emails to the Tech Forum without any results.
Please help.

It might be best for your husband to contact the ward clerk who should be able to help him get into his account again. If your clerk is not able to do it, he can give your husband a phone number to call where the issue should be resolved.
You cannot email the Tech Forum, so his emails have been going somewhere else. This would be another reason to work with the clerk to fix the problem.
