Patriarchal Blessing Status is incorrect
The Patriarchal Blessing Status Report shows that a sister in my ward doesn't have her Patriarchal Blessing. I asked the sister about it and she does have her blessing. How can I update the church records?

That's new. The church didn't used to have any such report as historically they weren't tracked in a way that such a report could be provided.
I'd suggest your sister go to online patriarchal blessing and if it's not there, request it. Once it's been located and posted, that should update the report.
