Access to Android account
My husband is transitioning from an iPhone to an android. The gospel library app asks for username and password, but then says, you need to try a different way. There is no information that we can find about how to try a different way. He was recently called as a seminary teacher, and we are wondering if that is impacting the way he gains access. Any help would be appreciated.

Re: Access to Android account
Does he have multi-factor authentication turned on? If so, he may need to use a different MFA system. The mobile apps doesn't support all of them.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

Specifically, the option currently called "Biometric Authenticators" is the one that doesn't work with the mobile apps. You can check which two-step verification options are turned on for his account by signing in to Account.ChurchofJesusChrist.org.russellhltn wrote: Tue Jun 20, 2023 11:31 am Does he have multi-factor authentication turned on?
