Can't make account on LDS Circles

I am trying to make my 13-year-old daughter an LDS Living account so she can be involved in her young women circles, but it keeps telling me that either her membership record number or her birthday are wrong. I know her birthday is right, and I am getting her membership record number from our church account. It is also the same number shown on her temple recommend. So it should be correct, but it will not let us make her an account because it thinks it's wrong. I'm not sure where to go for help in creating her account.

Is a "LDS Living" account the same as a "Church Account"? Is there any possibility she might already have a Church Account with her MRN attached to it?

If you're using a web browser, there's a very slim chance clearing your browser cache and deleting relevant cookies might help.

Your ward clerk can verify that her MRN and recorded birthday are correct. Worst case, he can give you a phone number for the Global Services Department, and they can fix anything.

Usually the error message is "Either the MRN and/or birthdate is not valid or the account already exists.". Odds are, the church account already exists.

Does she have a login she uses for other church things (with the exception of FamilySearch)? Try that.

You guys are awesome, thank you! It turns out she already had a church account that we made years ago but forgot about. We figured out how to sign in and finally got her into circles. We've been trying to figure this out for weeks. Thank you!!

In case it's helpful for anyone who finds this thread in the future – the app with Church Account sign-in where ward organizations can use Circles to communicate is called "Gospel Living."
"LDS Living" is a magazine produced by Deseret Book and isn't related to the app.
