Member "sealed to spouse - yes" but no record of any marriage or spouse

We have a member whose record shows "sealed to spouse" as "yes" but her records do not indicate a marriage or spouse and as far as we know she has never been married. She shows up in the quarterly report "actual" for "Individuals who are sealed to a spouse in the temple". Is there any possible way this is correct?

That's a bit of a limitation, isn't it? Perhaps it would be wise to review her membership record with her for accuracy. Maybe during the upcoming tithing settlement.

You could also call GSD to make sure things look OK on their end and they can identify a spouse. It's possible it's an extreme case like she did get married but he got exed. That might explain why there's no name as well as why she doesn't talk about it.

Either way, I wouldn't go about fixing this without knowing for sure, but be aware it could be a touchy situation.
