Finance Website is not loading
Is the finance website updating currently as it will not load for us?

I actually just processed an expense via LCRF, so if it was out, it appears to be back.Is the finance website updating currently as it will not load for us?
For reference, both LCR and LCRF (finance) frequently experience generalized access issues which all Forum members encounter, but we don't necessarily have any insight into the "why". Other times, cookie buildup can cause individual members to have issues with Church websites, and a useful option is to always try a private browser session when something like this occurs. Since the Forum isn't official Church Support, it's rare that anyone here would know if the Church is internally updating something on their side, most everyone in the Forum is a regular user like yourself.

Maybe this will help.
I'm pretty sure a big change is in-progress. For a few weeks I've been trying to make sense of browser auto-redirects to new.churchofjesuschrist.org. Initially at least 5 of the more commonly used browsers would auto-redirect to the "new" homepage. Currently only two of the 5 (Chrome and Firefox) don't. The Church's main page (www.lds.org then www.churchofjesuschrist.org) has been my default browser home page for several years, so this recent unannounced change was a bit of a shock.
This calendar year I believe there have been more significant problems with the Church's web resources than in prior years. Also, this is the first year I expect problems accessing Church finance resources. For at least the last few months we wonder each Sunday if we'll be able to complete and submit the few hand delivered donations we get.
Weekday access tends to be more reliable, however I've seen 2 significant resource outages in the past 10 days. Even today, access to this forum was sketchy.
At this point I expect more problems and failures, as well as extended durations. When I can't develop a work-around, or can't wait, I reach out to Global Services (by phone, chat, or e-mail). They may have a viable solution.
