Does anyone know if the church will ever end their agreement with Google and allow other providers?

Most of us are average users and wouldn't know for sure. My guess is unless they're given a good reason to, they won't as Gmail is familiar to most people.

Considering the trend to Chrome OS for clerk and FHC computers, I don't see that changing. And I certainly don't expect them to offer a choice as that would create a support headache.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

Are you asking about Google as a provider for missionary email, or something else?

hello, i am Brother MABIALA from Kinshasa /Democratic Republic of the Congo in NDJILI stake clerk ,
i have a missionary who received the mission cal since September 8th 2023 , but as he lost he account password and the phone number was also lost he has a new number even the email account is not operation there is no way to see his mission cal letter and respond to the calling , and i need halpe to restore his account
what can i do ?
