Budget Refund

We booked a facility for the YM and paid for it directly out of the YM budget. Aspects of the facility were not up to standard, resulting in us being offered a full refund. What is the correct way to process this?

Include it in a donation batch probably using the facility name as the donor. Put it back into the same category as the original expense. Include a note with the documentation for the batch which describes that it's a refund and reference the original expense.
