When attempting to log into my Gospel Library app on my PC running Windows 11 (with all latest updates installed), I receive the error message "Sign-in failed. Please check credentials." The app then fails to load any further. I am using the Gospel Library app version 6.3.1.0. However, I am able to log into the Gospel Library app (same version) on my Windows 11 laptop without any issues.
I am unable to find any way to uninstall the app on my PC and reinstall it. An internet search to resolve this issue has been unsuccessful Can you help? Thanks!

Re: Gospel library won’t open
Hi,
In Windows 11, you can go into Settings, (for Windows) then on the top right type in "apps" and then click or tap on the "add or remove programs" This will show the programs currently installed. Locate Gospel Library in the list. On the right of the app you will see .... left click or tap on the ... and then choose advanced options. In the advanced options section are Terminate ... Reset and Uninstall You can then try first two options (I usually try the reset option) and then try opening the app again. If nothing else works, you can then try the uninstalll option and then re-install the app from the MIcrosoft Store in Windows 11. Hopefully that helps.
