Old email, no phone number, can't recover account, over 18.

There is award member that had his email attached to his old school email account and he didn't have a phone number at the time. He's trying to recover his account to get in and cannot figure out how to do it as the email no longer exists and no phone is attached. He is over 18 so his parent cannot reset his password. Where do I send him to contact account support at the church to be able to reprogram his church account with the new email and phone number so we can start to access it? Is there a support phone number or email he can send to from his current email address or phone to get the help he needs

The clerk can provide him with the number to the Global Service Department. He will need to make the call - they will only work with him to get his account access unlocked.

A clerk can also change the email on their membership record. It should then send the member a verification email. Once the email is verified it they can then use it to recover their account.
