Custom Accessibility

Tech team,
My calling my stake (Nampa Idaho West Stake - 501344) is Stake Presidency First Counselor.

To better support our Stake President (Cory Brent Woolstenhulme) he has attempted to give me custom accessibility to the Church Missionary Referral System (MRS) so I can particularly help expedite Service Missionary callings in the stake. However, even though he has attempted to assign me that MRS accessibility when I try to log-in to the MRS system it gives me an “Access Denied” message.

He has given me access to the Service Missionary (SMMS) system without any difficulties but I can’t access the MRS system.

How would you recommend we fix this issue?

How long has it been since he authorized you? Sometimes it takes some time for things to sync across the Church.
