I am the ward clerk and our bishop is not receiving any of the finance emails that come from noreply-CUBS. This includes all "Transaction to be Approved", "Weekly Financial Summary", and any emails related to Bishop's Approvals and Finance Statements. He uses a gmail account (as do the rest of us in the bishopric) and receives all other emails from the church, just not from this CUBS address. The person conducting the finance audit told me he had the same issue once he had been called to a stake calling (he stopped receiving emails that were tied to his ward callings until he called Salt Lake to get it fixed). Could this be related to having callings at both the ward and stake level, or is it just something funky with his email? It's not going to his spam/junk, and he's a pretty tech savvy guy, as am I. Just wondering if I should keep pushing the PEBKAC approach, or have him call Salt Lake.
Thanks for any advice.

Is it only the unit finance noreply-CUBS emails he doesn't get? For example does he donation submitted/recorded email notifications (which also come from noreply-CUBS) when he does an online donation?

Yes, he does get emails from noreply-CUBS when it's for his personal donations. Just seems to be ward financials he does not receive.

You might want to check what email is showing up in CDOL.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

I just checked CDOL. It is his regular email he uses for bishop communications. The same email we forward the CUBS emails to since he doesn't get them.

I'd call support. But also check his spam box and other folders in case it landed there.

And if Support simply "fixes it" without details, it would be helpful to push them and see if they can provide details that you could then share here in the Forum. For example if it ends up being related to him having both ward and stake callings, that's helpful to know here, so that in the future when somebody else assuredly posts a similar issue, Forum members can suggest that as a potential reason.

One further thing to possibly check. If he is a "newly" called Bishop, is the previous Bishop still receiving them instead of the current Bishop?

Re: Bishop is not getting emails from noreply-CUBS
Increasingly, many of the common email provides (Outlook, Gmail, et. al.) seem to be rejecting incoming mail based on Baysian style filters.
For free/non-enterprise users, these filters [and the level at which they perform filtering] cannot be customized or disabled.
This means if an email provider doesn't like an incoming message for some reason, it silently rejects it (vs. moving it to the Junk/Spam folder for their user's review)
Super annoying, especially when it guesses wrong so often...all the while allowing actual spam right into the Inbox.
I'm not specifically familiar with the CUBS report, but wanted to point out that if there is any aspect of the report you can vary [Subject line? Comments? Which clerk generates it (if the email references who generated it), etc.] that may be enough to side step the filtering.
If the reliability of email technology keeps going downhill, the church may eventually need to implement their own (non-email) messaging system within their tools.

Re: Bishop is not getting emails from noreply-CUBS
This is not a report generated by the local unit. These emails come from church headquarters multiple times per week as part of the ongoing financial transactions that go on throughout the week. The fact that he gets the emails from the same sender for his personal financial transactions leads me to believe this is not related to email filtering. Also, he and I both use gmail and I get the emails while he does not.
Also (for the previous reply), he has been bishop for about a year and half.
