I received this email and have no idea what it is referring to:

Your payment of 45.24 could not be processed at this time and was reversed. If you feel this payment was reversed incorrectly please contact your local leader.

i contacted my bishop and he has no clue either. is there some place i can go to find out?

Could you provide more information? Others who may run into the same issue or message may come to the Tech Forums looking for the full situation description and solution.

i looked at the finance section in LCR and found that a transaction had been voided. it matched the amount referenced in the notice that i received. i contacted the member and they informed me that they had indeed switched banks and that the account information on file was no longer valid. once updated, everything was fine.
