Move Record in with Membership Number

An individual provided their name and membership number so I could move them into the ward, however; LCR requires you to have the birth date. Can you not move someone into the ward with their name and membership number?

When a member record is moved in using the membership record number (MRN) their name is not entered in the "Member Lookup" text box. Instead of typing in their name in the text box type in only the MRN. Having the member's name helps you to verify the correct record when the search is complete.
