Can Access Table be modified?
Is it possible to edit or add roles to the Access Table in LCR? I am the ward membership clerk, and in that role, I purchase the plaques for missionaries. Per the access table, and experience I am not able to submit expense reimbursements. Is someone, Ard clerk or Bishop able to modify the membership clerk role to allow me to submit reimbursements?

The Access Table (and related access to LCR functions for those in standard callings) is maintained by the Church. There is no local control. You may always use the Feedback link if you feel there should be a change, of course.JohnCallaway wrote: Fri Sep 29, 2023 8:48 pm Is it possible to edit or add roles to the Access Table in LCR?

The only way to get that is to be moved/added to a calling that has access. But that's likely going to require stake permission.

Re: Can Access Table be modified?
I am assuming you are referring to the electronic payment request feature in LCR and Member Tools. That feature was intended for organization leader use. Even the bishopric, ward clerk, assistant ward clerk, and assistant ward clerk - finance do not have access to that feature. Those callings had access to the Member Tools payment request feature for a while, but that was removed sometime in the last two major updates to the app.
I, as ward clerk, and our bishopric submit our payment requests by email to our finance clerk. This is done to avoid an audit exception that requires that neither of the two approvals can be the payee. If any of the bishopric and ward clerks with finance permissions use the Submit Expense in LCRF then the submitter is automatically entered as the first approval. This is not an issue for a paper check as long as the payee is not one of the signatories on the check. But since we all prefer EFT payments we use the aforementioned procedure.
I am hoping that the upcoming improvements to LCR and Member Tools announced in the 28 September notice (available in the Official Communications Library) will extend the payment request feature to other leaders, such as bishopric members and clerks, and not just organization leaders.

I’m on the beta iOS Member Tools trial. The above option is available in the latest version. By the way I am a ward clerk!I am hoping that the upcoming improvements to LCR and Member Tools announced in the 28 September notice (available in the Official Communications Library) will extend the payment request feature to other leaders, such as bishopric members and clerks, and not just organization leaders.
