You might try incognito mode. There's a number of issues that cookie buildup causes.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

There are two ways. The quickest is to go to the Donations page (found in the Resources menu {grid of nine square dots icon}) for the Church website and select Donor Statements from the Donations menu in the left pane. Just make sure your Church account has your membership record number (MRN) registered in the Account Profile page. You should see "Official Tax Statement (2023)" in the Generated Statements section.
If accessing the statement on line has issues then contact your unit clerk or unit membership clerk for assistance. They can print out the statement for you.
