Baptism
Just wanted to know, can a primary baptism (8 year old) and a converts baptism be held together? Or should they be done separate (different days) pls? Wasn't able to find anything in the handbook and just wanting some kind of confirmation.

Re: Baptism
That's an interesting question, and I don't believe there's specific guidance. In which case, the Bishop and the Mission President hold the keys, so they should likely consult with each other.
If the child-of-record and convert don't know each other, perhaps a section of GHB 18.7.2 that talks about multiple children-of-record baptisms being held concurrently, might give an idea about one way to approach this: "Wards or families may meet separately for a portion of the service so that each child is recognized individually." This might be applicable to your situation, with a separate portion of the service to allow for specific and special recognition for each one making their covenant with the Lord.

Re: Baptism
The closest I could find is General Handbook 18.8, which is about confirmation, not the baptism itself:
The bishop oversees the performance of confirmations. Eight-year-old children are typically confirmed on the day they are baptized. Converts are typically confirmed in any sacrament meeting in the ward where they live, preferably on the Sunday after their baptism. However, the bishop can allow the confirmation to take place at the baptismal service as an exception.
