For your awareness, the Tech Forum is not the same as Tech Support. Forum participants are regular members like yourself, and will not have access to anything specific to your church account. Of course, many of us have experienced similar types of issues with our own personal church accounts, and can give you (hopefully helpful) ideas.

Since we do not have access to your account or to your cellphone, could you provide more details, to help Forum members give helpful ideas? Were you previously able to access the site on your phone, and now cannot? Is there anything that has changed in your phone environment since you last successfully accessed the site? What exactly are you trying to access? (I couldn't quite determine if you were trying to access Leader and Clerk Resources via your phone, or if your calling is a clerk).

The more specific the details you provide, the more specific the suggestions will be that Forum members can provide.
