Unit History in CDOL

Post by zaneclark »

Unit histories used to be part of CDOL, but they haven't been available of quite a while . These histories were very interesting and informative, and I am hoping they might return. Does anyone know anything about this?

I'm still seeing the "previous leaders" aspect of the history in CDOL for various units both within and outside my stake.

What calling do you have? I'm not seeing it as a STS.

Stake Exec Sec.

Taking a random unit (in this case Provo YSA 31st Ward) which is not only in a different stake, but a different Area, I see the following:

Organizations and Positions
  • Current members of Bishopric
General Information
  • Address, meeting times, creation date, boundary maps etc
Associated Units
  • Parent unit (for stakes I see child units, CES, missions, FM, etc)
Historical Information
  • Bishopric calling history (plus a few other random callings that I don't know why they are there)

I’ve been membership clerk for 14 years, and I was always able to see the history part of CODL until recently. It appears they have made access to some CDOL information calling specific.

I don't have that tab for my own stake or any other.
