Zoom Webinar account HDQ department?
Who do I contact about issues with the church-licensed Zoom Webinar accounts? I have a couple wards that are not showing their licenses listed on the Church Meet site. Do I call GSM, or is there an email box just for these?

Yes, I'd start with Global Service.
Is this a case were none were generated for them? If so, on the left side, you can request a license for them. I have two wards in my stake that never asked and never got.

Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

They were originally ward accounts, but transitioned to church accounts. I'm wondering if they've changed back for some unknown reason. I remember it being a headache switching from ward to church accounts. Perhaps I need to get some Tylenol ready again.
