Orange items have been set to private by the member?

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. Orange items have been set to private by the member?

Currently our status on tools and account say "Orange items have been set to private by the member?" However, we did not request this status and we can not figure out how to remove the message. Everything on our account settings are set to stake member view. I have a Stake calling and would like members in the stake to see our household information, address etc.

How do I remove the "Orange items have been set to private by the member?"

Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

I saw that for my household and I finally found where it was set for me. It was my birthdate on the membership info tab
