Currently our status on tools and account say "Orange items have been set to private by the member?" However, we did not request this status and we can not figure out how to remove the message. Everything on our account settings are set to stake member view. I have a Stake calling and would like members in the stake to see our household information, address etc.

I'd suggest reviewing Digital Contact Information Visibility Settings.

I saw that for my household and I finally found where it was set for me. It was my birthdate on the membership info tab
