Can’t make temple appointment…?

Can’t make temple appointment…?

I’m not sure where to start on this, so feel free to redirect as needed. Every time I go to make a temple appointment, it doesn’t bring up the link to actually make an appointment; it will take me to the site to do so but doesn’t pull up the option. I’ve tried it on multiple devices and it’s always the same result for me. Maybe I’m missing something? Any help is much appreciated

The page with the screenshot you show should also have a picture of your temple with a link to Select this Temple. Either the page is not fully loading, or the site is not receiving your credentials and does not know where you live.

The partial page load may be a browser issue and trying another one may help. You should check to see that you are Signed In at the Church website and that your membership record number is included in your Church Account information. After that you should probably ask your clerk for assistance, including the number for Global Services.

You'll need to get with your ward clerk and have them request your membership records.

I am having the same issue nothing else is loading and if I click the "schedule appointment" from the "select a temple" page instead it just pulls up this same page.

The problem got fixed for me because my records weren’t tied to any specific ward so the system didn't know where i lived. Once i got into contact with my ward clerk and had him pull my records the problem got fixed. Hopefully thats the simple quick fix
