Paying tithing online
I'm moving to work in Western Australia for 4 years and I currently lived in the Pacific island how to pay my tithing online

Your membership records would most likely be moved. Once you have your WA bank account set up, and your records are in your new ward/branch, you can add the account as a "donation account" in the settings section of https://donations.churchofjesuschrist.org/donations/. You can then use the donations website as normal (making sure to select the WA bank account when filling in the details).
