The food order program has been broken for 2 days jnow
Does anyone have information about what's going on with this solution. My RS President wife is unable to select from a list of members of our ward to submit a food order for them. She called the Global Service Center last night and they indicated that 'lots' of people have been calling, he added her ticket to a master ticket. It's a bit odd that nobody has given a workaround for this. anyone know anything?

Perhaps they've fixed the glitch? I can select from the list of recipients, as well as the list of preparers, so hopefully their system is back online.

Yes it did come back online, my wife was not notified as she had been told by the Global Service Desk when she logged. Sure would be nice to be treated like we are actually clients they respond to. I'll guarantee you that the 'welfare' department at the church was notified it was working again.
