Change "Spoken Languages" on Unit Information tab of LCR
Is it possible to edit the spoken languages on the unit information tab? My ward lists English and Spanish as spoken languages, but the bishop says it should be just English.

Absent a better suggestion, I'd contact support.
You probably can't edit it directly, but process paperwork that changes the destination. It's possible that has to be done by the stake.

I've probably overlooked it, but where is this listed in LCR (again, I don't doubt I've just missed where it's displayed for us in LCR)?
I do see something like that in CDOL (under the General Information tab, we're listed as 65% Spanish, 55% English, with English as our primary materials language). But I don't see anything like that reflected in LCR for us.

It's in the General Information tab of CDOL. It's shown in the Meetinghouse Locator.

Is there a manual process to sync what's in CDOL with what is shown in the Meetinghouse Locator? Or do we know if that info is kept in different systems?
Our unit currently only shows English in the Meetinghouse Locator, and we'd really love it to also show Spanish as it does for our unit in CDOL. That way our Spanish-speaking friends who are looking for somewhere to worship, will know we have that language support at our meetings.

It might be that meetinghouse locator only shows the Meeting Language rather than all the spoken languages listed in CDOL.BrianEdwards wrote: Mon Dec 04, 2023 11:06 am Is there a manual process to sync what's in CDOL with what is shown in the Meetinghouse Locator? Re: Change "Spoken Languages" on Unit Information tab of LCR
I ran into this language issue for our ward. It used to be 100% English and then at some unknown time was changed somehow to 50% English and 50% Spanish. It was not noticed until we received our order of 2024 Come, Follow Me manuals and got half English and half Spanish manuals and I looked into CDOL to see what it showed for our unit language. I am working with the distribution center to swap the Spanish manuals for English manuals. Our stake clerk has submitted a change request to have the language returned to 100% English.

And we were pleasantly surprised our 2024 CFM orders were made (more-or-less) according to the percentages in CDOL
I'm not sure who determined our exact percentages that are listed, I would have at least swapped our numbers to indicate English was the primary language (showing 65% Spanish and 55% English seems to imply we default to Spanish, but our sacrament meeting is conducted in English and translated into Spanish). I'll ask our Stake Clerk if he's aware, and then perhaps have a chat with somebody in GSC, as I'd like to know what the process was to input those specific numbers.
