Fill in the blank PDF versions of Church History Forms

Post by subrodragon-p40 »

I find that having these have boosted my efficiency in record keeping and collaboration with my family being able to email copies of these to family members.

How to save them? You can download a freeware program called PDFill 7.0 and as long as you stay within the pdfill file system you can fill in and save them as .pdfill. Or you can purchase the program for a small price and export the filled out files to .pdf and email them to your family members. I have been able email out completed forms to my family and they have emailed me back with corrections or additions.

I started by emailing them the blank forms and having them fill them out print them up and snail mail them back to me. Most of my family was excited to do this as it was quick and fast. I followed up with them regularly like a Missionary.

Now I send out a Monthly update to them all with changes I have found or additions and we all collectively have a Book of Rememberace for our entire family extending outwards several generations and forward with new births to our huge family.

We are spread out across the world and believe me this was the most important thing I've done to get this information collected.

Please remember that you should have a paper copy somewhere.

I am including the original 1993 Versions and I am still working on the 2006 forms that were introduced in the new Family History Sunday School Class.

Fill in the Blank Pedigree Chart 2010 and Research Log

Post by subrodragon-p40 »

As promised though later than I had expected I have finished the rest of the fill in the blank pdf forms for Family history
The 2010 Pedigree Chart (This includes a box to add FGR numbers to each individual)
and I did the Research log. This is personal for me as my handwritting is horrific to discern and if someone were to pick up after me I would like them to know where I have been.

I hope you enjoy these and my the Spirit of Elijah continue to help us seek our ancestors and allow us the oppurtunity to free them.

Can these forms be saved on a user's system?

It appears as though these forms can be printed but not saved. If you want them to be saveable also, let me know.

If they could be made saveable within the pdf file structure that would help the world out tremendously.

Attached are PDF forms previously submitted by subrodragon above. They can now be saved from Reader 9.

Hope this helps, and thank you for the previous work done.
