When submitting the name of a member of my ward as a temple worker, I get the message, "An unanticipated problem occurred. Try again later. If the problem continues, contact the Global Service Desk." I have tried submitting his name on an iphone, ipad, and laptop all with the same result.
I have confirmed this person is endowed.
Do you have any suggestions for me?
