I cannot get my emails to send out. I've tried last night and this morning and keep getting the following message: "There was an error sending your message. Please try again later."
The email contains a PDF attachment, but I've sent them out many times before and never had an issue. Does anyone know how this can be fixed?

What is the size of the PDF compared to the prior successful sends?
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

Which email service are you using? Google & Yahoo were planning to begin DMARC policy enforcement 01-Feb-2024 so if things broke today, it may be your [email] service provider isn't properly configured.

Uh oh. OP has a gmail account.

(Yes, I realize they're sending though LCR, but the user's email still part of the header and plays a part in this.)

Ultimately, this is something the Church's IT is going to have to fix. But for those who like play along at home, Understanding Gmail and Yahoo DMARC Requirements.
