Newsletter subscriptions sent to old email address

I received a new calling and created a new gmail account to receive church-related emails. Mostly it works, and stake and ward emails are sent to my new account. EXCEPT...

I keep getting Inspiration, Official Communications, Living the Gospel and Family Search e-mail newsletters sent to my old email address, not my new one.

I have confirmed that my new email address is in the Contact Information section of my account.

What can I do to have the Inspiration, Official Communications, Living the Gospel and Family Search e-mail newsletters sent to my new account?

Please note that FamilySearch is a separate account, even if it's using the same login/password.

How long ago was the change made? It might take time for systems to update.

The Church account contact information is used for subscriptions, most of what you mentioned. When the Church account contact information is changed it updates your membership record and that is displayed in the Member Tools mobile app and the online Ward Directory and Map app. Changes made to either Member Tools or Ward Directory and Map do not change the Church account contact information. So if you changed any of your contact information in Member Tools or Ward Directory and Map you can have a different email address in your Church account. Go to account.ChurchofJesusChrist.org and check what email address is listed there, especially if you changed your email address in either Member Tools or Ward Directory and Map.
