Donation record for taxes

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. This forum is a space to discuss all things related to Church Accounts (registration, account recovery, user experience, vulnerabilities, etc.).

There's a few possible reasons:
- If you did donation-in-kind, it won't show.
- If you donated directly to Check Headquarters, it may not show.
- If you did in-person donation with the ward, the clerk(s) may not have associated the donation with your MRN. (Perhaps because you started donating before your membership records arrived).
- Donations can only be associated with an individual, not a couple. By default, donations are not visible to spouses. You have to change a setting on the donations page to allow that.
- The MRN or your account isn't matching the MRN associated with the donation.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
