I am trying to help my wife get setup with Circles as our ward is really making an effort to use the tool. She is logged in but her circles says it is reading and it said that for a couple days. I just deleted and reinstalled the app and it still says reading. I am attaching a screenshot.
She had never been able to get it to work but we just updated her Tools app (Cool need look!) and she can log in there fine.

Did you ever get a solution to this? We just asked everyone in our ward to download this app and someone is having a similar issue.
