I am a counselor in the stake presidency, and occasionally, I submit reimbursement receipts for others.
Unfortunately, stake members outside my ward are not visible in the finance app (even though they have been in the past).....I have a separate issue logged on that issue.
Since they were not available, I went to "+ Add Other Payee"......I typed in all their information and it only gave me two choices: "< Back" or "Submit"......but I hadn't entered the reimbursement information yet. When I hit 'submit' it didn't give me any feedback at all.......n*o*t*h*i*n*g.......... I'm not sure if it submitted a blank reimbursement request, or not. What I do know is that all the personal information I typed into the app was lost......I was not able to submit the receipt for reimbursement.
Please help. The finance app reimbursement is so good when it works and so frustrating when it doesn't.

By chance, do you have also have calling in the ward? The app may be getting confused if you do.
I'd be concerned your submissions are going to the ward and not the stake.

Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
