Member Tools "Down for Maintenance"

On my wife’s phone (iPhone XR / iOS 17.4.1), Member Tools won’t work. When she opens the app, she gets a pop-up notification that says:

Down for Maintenance
OK

If she clicks OK, there’s a full-screen message behind the pop-up, black text on white background, “Down for Maintenance.”

It’s been this way for at least 2 weeks.

She’s tried logging out and logging into Member Tools and reinstalling the app. The problem persists.

Member Tools works just fine on my Android phone, so it’s not a system-wide problem.

Any help?
