How could there is no way to submit the photo on my profile.?.

If you do not have your membership record number (MRN) recorded in your profile, a nonmember account, then you cannot add a photo. If you do have your MRN recorded then go to the Profile section and click the link 'Change Profile Picture'. The link will take you to the ChurchofJesusChrist.org Ward Directory and Map app to change the photo. Without your MRN recorded in your Church Account you will not have access to the Ward Directory and Map app.
